Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Baker Mayfield is the odds-on favorite to win the Heisman Trophy, despite having baggage in the eyes of some voters. Yesterday, he lost out to Oklahoma State’s Mason Rudolph in the battle for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm award. That could portend more advocacy voting for college football’s biggest award later this month from those who were disgusted by Mayfield’s crotch grab.
If that wasn’t enough, there’s now video allegedly showing Mayfield conking a TCU player upside the head with a pregame pass. Disgusting, right? Or was this simply an accident as Horned Frogs players jogged past his intended receiver?
Here's the video of @baker_mayfield6 intentionally throwing the ball at a TCU player's head during pregame warmups. @OU_Football made the original poster take his video down from twitter. Nice try Sooners. It's back. pic.twitter.com/CgLGYZqq1u

Either way, can you imagine how much it must hurt to get hit with a football near the head while wearing a helmet? Guy is lucky to be alive.
