Cleveland Browns fan secures permit for 0-16 parade near FirstEnergy Stadium

I believe the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, throw a win-less season parade. Close enough.

To the shock of absolutely no one, the Cleveland Browns currently sit at 0-11 this season, with just five more losses to join the Detroit Lions as the only NFL franchises to go 16 games in a season and not secure one win.

Well, at least one Browns fan plans on capitalizing on the terrible feat. Chris McNeil has already filed paperwork with city officials to hold a parade near FirstEnergy Stadium to turn this bad situation into a celebration.

The Browns best chance at spoiling the parade will likely come when they face the Green Bay Packers without Aaron Rodgers there to destroy them or against the Chicago Bears who are also a dumpster fire themselves.

No need to win at this point. If you’re going to suck, then do it all the way. No one likes a halfway sucker.
